Once a plan and price has been agreed upon, we'll schedule your project. You can rest assured that we'll be realistic about the start and completion dates, because we know just how long each installation should take based on its components. Even if our schedules are challenged by untimely weather, we usually allow enough time
that our completion dates will still be met, and you will be kept fully informed of any changes to your start date.

Your designer and job foreman will travel to your job site to personally assess any access issues, drainage considerations and elevation needs. The landscaping crew will then show up and begin the installation process. Your job specifications are shared with the entire crew so that everyone knows the game plan and can offer suggestions for making the installation even more efficient. They are also made fully aware of the approximate installation and completion dates.

We require that the job is to be completed correctly the first time. That's why your job foreman will be in constant contact with the landscape designer as the project progresses. The job foreman is also encouraged to speak directly with you if an issue needs to be addressed - just as if you are a part of the team! Even so, sometimes things don't go exactly as expected. Be assured that Landscape Concepts will do EVERYTHING it can to make sure that the end result is EXACTLY as you, our valued customer, expect.

We are big enough and confident enough to tackle any project you can give us! We've done numerous rain gardens and water features, which is one of our specialties. We've even installed a permeable paver patio and entry way for a lakeshore customer where the entry way was 3 feet lower than the garage floor, with the main roof line sloping towards the patio! We've installed a water feature with multiple falls that ran under a circle driveway. Our customer wanted it to "sound like he was in Colorado" - mission accomplished!
